How long does furniture production and delivery take?

Standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks – depending on the selected collection, fabric and configuration. At the request of business customers, we can set an individual schedule.

Is it possible to order furniture in a custom fabric?

Yes – we offer modifications of fabric selection and color variations within the selected series. Please contact us to discuss the scope and terms.

What materials and technologies do you use in production?

Production takes place in Poland in our plant: upholstery shop, carpentry shop, cutting room and sewing room. We use modern machinery and high-quality materials to ensure the durability and comfort of our furniture.

Are your products available outside Poland?

Yes – our furniture goes to the furniture showrooms of our partners in countries such as Germany, France, Great Britain, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Scandinavian countries.

What is the B2B cooperation procedure?

What happens in case of a complaint or furniture damage?

Each piece of furniture is subject to quality control before shipment. In case of damage, please send photos and report to our customer service department – we will arrange a quick solution in accordance with the terms of the warranty.
